We ship worldwide. For non-EU countries, we ship through UPS or DHL. For express delivery, we use UPS (trackable worldwide) with 1-2 days delivery time. Below you will find a table of delivery dates for different regions.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges are handled by our customer service department.
- Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchasing date
- All returned products should be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unaltered with original tags and packaging
- Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment
- In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product, please notify our customer service team immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the returned product
- Returned products must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the Return Authorization Form issued by our Customer Service Department
The Fortunate One AB reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent or do not comply with our policies.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs on orders they wish to return or exchange. Email email@example.com or use the Contact form, and we will assist you with the process of returning or exchanging your product.
Exchanges are usually turned around in 2 business days once they are received by our customer service department.
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
