When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address. When contacting our customer support, we do also collect personal data related to your inquiry for us to be able to properly help you. In all of these cases we only collect and save data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill our agreement of your purchase. How do you get my consent?

SECTION 4 – WOOCOMMERCE
Your data is stored through Siteground storage, databases and the general Siteground application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe financial services stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. In cases where it is necessary for us to offer our services, we share your personal data with companies that are so-called data processors for us. A data processor is a company that processes the information on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have personal information assistants who help us with:
1) Transport (logistics companies and freight forwarders).
2) Payment solutions (short-term companies, banks and other payment service providers).
3) Marketing (print and distribution, social media, media agencies or advertising agencies).
